Q. What is required by the purchaser to keep the G.R.S.S. Lifetime Warranty?
A. You must perform all the Toyota Manufacturer manual maintenance at Stephen Toyota within one (1) month or One Thousand (1000) miles of being required for all scheduled Toyota Factory maintenance.
Q. Can the G.R.S.S. Lifetime Warranty be transferred to a second owner?
A. No. The G.R.S.S. Lifetime Warranty stays with the owner or owners as long as they own the Toyota for unlimited time, unlimited miles. The G.R.S.S. Lifetime Warranty can not be transferred.
Q. What is covered under the Stephen Toyota G.R.S.S. Lifetime Warranty?
A. Your G.R.S.S. warranty covers the same components, exactly the same components as the Toyota Factory Limited Powertrain Warranty.
- Engine: Cylinder block and head and all internal parts, intake manifold, timing gears and gaskets, timing chain/belt and cover, flywheel, valve covers, oil pan, oil pump, engine mounts turbocharger housing and all internal parts, supercharger housing and all internal parts, engine control computer, water pump, fuel pump, seals and gaskets.
- Transmission and Transaxle: Case and all internal parts, torque converter, clutch cover, transmission mounts, transfer case and all internal parts, engine control computer, seals and gaskets.
- Front Wheel Drive Systems: Final drive housing and all internal parts, axle shafts, drive shaft, constant velocity joints, front hub and bearings, seals and gaskets.

A. No –Stephen safely and properly disposes of all used oil and oil filters to protect our environment. It is not for Stephen to tell you what you can or cannot do with your Toyota. However, you will void your G.R.S.S. Lifetime Warranty by not having the required Toyota manufacturer maintenance performed at Stephen Toyota.
